The AkinKids lessons app collects nothing from your child. There is no account, no sign-up, no email box, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no tracking of any kind. Nothing your child does is sent anywhere.
Which lessons have been played, and how much screen time is left today, are saved in your own browser on your own device. That information never leaves the device and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data erases it.
On the website, the app downloads its own lesson pages and narration audio from our server, the way any website loads its own files. It contacts no advertising network, no analytics service, no weather or location service and no social platform. It makes no outside request of any kind.
If you have bought Premium on the website, the page also checks your unlock code with our own server at akinkids.app every few days. It still contacts no one else.
The Android app carries every lesson and every recording inside it, so it does not need our server at all. Progress, the child’s first name if a grown-up types one, Kindness Stars and screen-time settings are kept on the phone only. They are not backed up to any cloud and we cannot see them. Uninstalling the app erases them. The app never asks for location, contacts, camera, microphone or any other permission.
A grown-up can buy AkinKids Premium on akinkids.app, after a grown-up check. Payment happens on Stripe’s own secure page, under Stripe’s privacy policy. We never receive or store card details.
To make Premium work, we keep: the payer’s email address (collected by Stripe at checkout), the plan bought, Stripe’s customer and subscription reference numbers, your unlock code, and a random number the browser creates for each device that uses the code (up to 5). We use these only to unlock Premium, to check whether a subscription is still active, and to answer your messages. Nothing about your child is part of this.
Stripe emails your receipts and the sign-in links for your billing page. We keep purchase records for as long as we need them for accounts and taxes. You can ask us to delete your purchase details at any time at privacy@akinvault.com; after that, your code stops working.
AkinKids Premium is an optional one-time purchase made by a grown-up, after a grown-up check, through Google Play. Google processes the payment under Google’s privacy policy. We never receive card details, and the app asks Google Play only one thing: whether Premium has been bought on this Google account, so it can unlock the lessons. Nothing about your child is part of that exchange. Google may send us standard order records for our accounts and taxes; we use them for nothing else.
AkinKids is designed for children aged 4 to 9. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any child, and the lessons app has no means of collecting it — there is no form, no login and no identifier of any sort. Purchases are made by grown-ups, and we never collect information from or about the child. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, write to us and we will look into it.
This homepage, which is written for grown-ups rather than children, uses a privacy-focused page counter that records how many visits a page receives. It sets no cookies, stores no identifiers and does not follow anyone between sites or across visits. It cannot tell one visitor from another.
If you write to us, we have your email address and whatever you put in the message, and we keep it only as long as it takes to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.
The date at the top says when this page last changed. If we ever start collecting anything at all, we will say so here and at the top of the page before it happens.
